Issue with oil leak in front of vehicle. Handed off to Service Department and issues located, told it was not critical to have repaired at this time. Itemized repair estimate given to us and will schedule repairs in very near future.

I have had my Passport in for warranty work twice this year for an unusual water intrusion problem in the front passenger side cabin area. Once in March and again this month. Each time, Victor in the service department has handled and coordinated the process, keeping me updated each day until the work was complete - Very professional and listened to my input to try and help troubleshoot the problem. Apparently the water was coming in at two different areas. They believe they diagnosed where the water was coming in and have made the repairs. Just got the vehicle back today and hopefully this problem is solved.
